Can I tour an apartment?
Yes, we are currently offering in-person tours with one of our leasing professionals. We are here to answer any questions you may have, and look forward to helping you find the apartment you’re dreaming of.

How do I pay rent?
Option 1:

*Flex is an optional service and does require a credit screening, as well as payment of a monthly fee.

In-Office with certified cashiers checks only. We do not accept money orders or cash.
What is considered an emergency work order?
Emergency Work may include; lack of hot water, electrical power outage, water leaks, broken windows or doors, toilet overflowing, AC not cooling with the outside temperature over 82 degrees and heater not heating if the outside temperature is below 60 degrees.
Are maintenance requests available?
Maintenance requests and emergency requests are addressed by our well-trained maintenance staff. In any event, our employees are required to confirm no one is sick with flu-like symptoms in the unit before completing the request. If you are ill, please understand we may not be able to complete your request until a later date and you inform everyone in the household has been symptom-free for at least fourteen days. If we do not hear back from you, we will follow up to check your health status, maintenance needs, and schedule a maintenance visit.
How do I place a work order?
Non-Emergency work orders are placed by logging into your account through
Domuso.
Emergency work orders should be called in by dialing (303)424-4900 Option 2.
Do you offer hosted virtual tours?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
Do I need a permit for parking and how do I get one?
Yes, all residents and overnight guests of residents are required to pay for parking. Each apartment is allowed up to two resident permits. To purchase a permit register your vehicles at
ParkM.
What can I do if I had a problem with the laundry center.
