APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Arvada

My experience was awesome the manager was very kind to me and staff, I had left a very abusive relationship and was traumatized tli never really talked much to anyone . So this is the first time the staff will know my Graitude There grace, the privacy , kindness to me was excellent. Very laid back and super kind neighbors I will be forever be grateful.

Great staff and management. Work orders tend to be taken care of fairly quickly. I love having both gas and charcoal frills available by the pool and the gym complete and useful. The biggest downfall is the amount of dog waste left by residents. There is a small dog park and bags are almost always readily available but many people disregard sanitation for some reason. Lack of consequence, maybe? Overall, though, 52nd Marketplace is a very nice place to live.

Everyone in management always more than happy to assist with needs that may arise. Grounds and area we all share well kept ! I love the convenience of the surrounding shopping and restaurants. I feel safe and secure which for me is very important!! I highly recommend this property to anyone who appreciates comfortable living!

I don’t understand why people think so negative on here with the community, the staff is nice the community is great and if everyone were to read the lease fully they would see charges for move out plus everything else you need to know. It’s a big lease reason. Common sense.
