I went in and automatically got helped and got a tour of the residence. Stevie and Larissa are both amazing and helpful!! Highly recommend coming in here if you’re looking for somewhere to move.

I was struggling with trying to find a home close to everything I wanted to fit my needs, while also providing a comfortable, wholesome household that also provided privacy and individuality. 52nd Marketplace checked out my list and then some. I can't put into words how pleased with not only the gorgeous apartment, but also the ease and fun I have had in living here. Larissa and Stevie are so knowledgeable and caring about what makes it so great living here. I love it so much!

Stevie and Larissa who work in the office are great! Always as helpful as can be.... community areas clean, and almost always something happening in them.

Easily the easiest, most pleasurable experience I've had with apartment hunting. Online is easy, but this was exactly what I wanted. Staff was on point and sold me instantly. Living here is as equivalent. Satisfied as can be.

Great environment. Daughter loves it. Dog loves it. We do need a better dog bark but Larissa says it's coming. Great area for school of you have kods. Right next to old town. Office lapses care about their residents. It's amazing.

I moved in a few months ago and its been great. The community is friendly. All the neighbors gets along. The gals in the office are professional yet personable. The Maintenance is prompt. They are super pet friendly and give all the doggies treats. There's a sweet dog park that's always clean. I love living here. Short of a miniature hold course I'd live here forever.

What a grate place to live the people residents around the place are very nice people and the staff it top notch anytime there is a problem that get right...
