Amazing Place To Call Home!!
I could not have asked for a better experience renting at 52nd Marketplace! Such a smooth and transparent experience and shout out to Leticia who assisted in my move in process and was so friendly, so timely and professional! I recommend this place to anyone! The pool, fitness center and dog park are all a plus. Love my new place. Thank you 52nd!

Love UV Residential
I am so happy that 52nd Marketplace is being managed by UV Residential. They are very good to the residents. I enjoy the programs and offerings each month to help build our Communities and bridge these into life skills.
