The staff is very friendly and helpful. Danielle went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. From the initial phone call to the application to the move in, Danielle has been wonderful. Mark, the maintenance man, is very friendly as well. We have met so many neighbors who have been kind to us. The community seems very warm. I personally spoke with several happy tenants that have lived here for years. I highly recommend the 52nd marketplace apartments if you are looking for a good place to call home.

I requested my towel rack in the bathroom be fixed and it was no time before they were there to fix it. Both the maintenance crew members were friendly and professional and asked my permission during the process. They were both wearIng masks which i think is important during this pandemic. They did and excellent job! Thanks guys!!

I honestly can not say enough good about the staff and complex. I had to find a place quickly and during the onset of the COVID Lockdown. I called and dealt with Danelle and the help and support from her and Larissa was above and beyond. They both are very friendly, helpful and get things done. Eric is also the best. He will not hesitate to help you at the drop of a hat. Given the unique and strange times we are encountering, my move in and stay here has been a blessing. Thank you all!

Larissa was very sweet. She helped me transfer from a two bedroom to a one bedroom within 24hrs. The place has a good vibe and friendly neighbors. The amenities are very nice with a quiet comfortable environment. Affordable for Denver!
